Christian Academy of Knoxville Swim Team

CAK's swim program currently serves our students in both middle and high school.  As a member of KISL, Knox-area Interscholastic Swim League, we swim from mid- October through the end of January.  We are also a member of TISCA, the governing organization for HS swim in Tennessee. 

All above forms MUST be uploaded prior to our first practice on October 13, 2026 into MyCAK-Resources- August Schools: Student Medical Forms- Athletic Packet.

** Note, if your child participated in the spring physicals onsite at CAK, a digital copy of their physical was uploaded into their profile that you can view.

All physical exams must be completed after 4/15/25 to be valid for the 25'-26' school year.
