Hello WARRIORS!

Please see below for all of the details about the Ray Bussard invite on Saturday. Attached is the official timeline by event, and the psych sheets for both Middle and High School. 

Timeline: 

Ray Bussard @ Allan Jones Aquatic Center

Saturday December 13th

Middle School Swimmers arrive @ 10am

Warm ups @ 10:25-10:50

Middle School Meet starts @ 11:00 am

High School Swimmers arrive @ 1:40 pm

Warm ups @ 2:05- 2:30

High School Meet Starts @ TBD possibly 2:30pm

Worker Assignments:

We have added worker assignments to Swimtopia, Please sign up if you can help!

Middle school: 4 volunteers needed

2 hospitality: look over hospitality and deliver water to workers if needed.

2 Runners: Each team provides one worker to collect slips from timers, judges, and officials.

• 1 for each pool so preferably a Boy parent and a Girl parent so you can still watch your child swim.

High School: 1 volunteer

1 timer: Girl parent as you will be timing in the girls pool

Meet Details

Suits-Swimmers may use this meet to wear a tech suit if they have one. However ALL middle school swimmers must wear a FINA approved 12& under tech suit even if they are over 12 yo. Please wear your normal team suit if you are not planning to wear a tech suit.

Attached you will find the timeline for the meet. Only swimmers, coaches, officials, and meet workers will be allowed on the pool deck. In order to comply with current Facility guidelines, the number of individuals on the deck level will be limited to 600 people per session. Swimmers will be allowed to exit the Facility during the meet in order for parents to have direct access to their athletes. The use of the visitor locker rooms shall be for athletes only. All non-athlete attendees will be required to use the upstairs restrooms, or the restrooms in the timing booth, or the Varsity locker rooms. We encourage swimmers to come with their suits on and prepared to enter the water, and plan to shower and change at home.

PARKING INFORMATION & FEES:

Parking will be located at the N7 garage across the street for $10.00 per pass.

There are no longer any meter spots on Volunteer Ave. If you choose not to park in the designated areas, you are parking at your own risk and could be subjected to being towed, ticketed, or car booted. If you choose to park on Volunteer Ave, you must pay through the QR code to have valid parking.
