Meet Details

Attached is the heat sheet and athlete race sheet for the meet tomorrow. Please make sure to arrive to the Oak Ridge Community Center by 5:40pm for warm-ups. Traffic getting to Oak Ridge via Pellissippi can have heavy traffic in the evening, please plan accordingly. The meet should be over by 8:30pm. 

Volunteers

We still have 2 volunteer spots that need to be filled; only 1 of them is a certified positions, so any parent can sign up for the other non certified position.

Swimmers arrive @ 5:40 pm

Warm ups @ 5:55 pm

Workers meeting is at 6:00 pm

Meet starts @ 6:30pm

House Keeping Items:

• Be sure to wear your team suit to the meet, if your team suit has not arrived, you must wear a plain suit with NO other team logos on it and no tie back suits for our girl swimmers.
• Make sure to pack a towel and extra clothes to stay warm on deck.
• No snacks will be provided by us at this meet. If you would like to have extra snacks or drinks, you will need to provide your own.
