Meet Details

Please see the timeline below. We will also send another email on Tuesday morning with entries for the meet, with heats and lane assignments. The swim meet should last about 2-2.5hrs. All swimmers are required to stay until all races have been completely finished. Hopefully we will be done between 8-8:30pm. Please see the timeline below. Traffic getting to Oak Ridge via Pellissippi can have heavy traffic in the evening, please plan accordingly.

Volunteers

We still have 7 volunteer spots that need to be filled; only 2 of them are certified positions, so any parent can sign up for the non certified positions.

Swimmers arrive @ 5:40 pm

Warm ups @ 5:55 pm

Workers meeting is at 6:00 pm

Meet starts @ 6:30pm

House Keeping Items:

• Be sure to wear your team suit to the meet, if your team suit has not arrived, you must wear a plain suit with NO other team logos on it and no tie back suits for our girl swimmers.
• Make sure to pack a towel and extra clothes to stay warm on deck.
• No snacks will be provided by us at this meet. If you would like to have extra snacks or drinks, you will need to provide your own.
