Parents and swimmers,

We have our first meet of the season and team pictures this Sunday, so please read this email thoroughly.

Team and individual pictures:

For team pictures, all athletes should wear their blue team t-shirt and either black sweatpants, joggers, or leggings. Please no shorts. The doors open at 12:30 so please plan to be there at 12:30. We will meet in the concourse of Allan Jones to set up for team and individual pictures. If you would like an individual picture you may wear your suit for those pictures. Seniors, please come prepared for individual pictures for your banners.

Meet Details:

Please see the timeline below. We will also send another email on Sunday morning with entries for the meet, with heats and lane assignments. For our first year families, the swim meets typically last about 2-2.5hrs. Hopefully we will be done between 4-4:30pm.

House keeping items

• All returning swimmers, please bring your CAK swim cap from last year, our caps have not been delivered yet, we have caps to hand out to all of our new swimmers, but we may not have enough for everyone just yet.
• Be sure to wear your team suit to the meet, if your team suit has not arrived, you must wear a plain suit with NO other team logos on it and no tie back suits for our girl swimmers.
• Make sure to pack a towel and extra clothes to stay warm on deck.
